This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from GamingComputer (https://gamingcomputer.org), a product-based retail business located at 149 Daly Ave, Ottawa, ON K1N 6E8, Canada. Your consumer rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 are not affected by this policy.
Prebuilt gaming PCs may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the unit is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received, with all included accessories and documentation.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned unit.
Custom build orders involve the sourcing and assembly of components to your specific configuration. Due to the bespoke nature of these orders:
If your system arrives with a hardware defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the issue. Photographs or video documentation of the issue help expedite the process.
Hardware defects discovered after the initial 7-day window are covered under the applicable warranty terms provided with your purchase.
The following are not eligible for return or refund: products that have been physically damaged after delivery due to customer handling; systems with missing components, accessories, or original packaging; products purchased as "open box" or "as-is" unless they arrive with a defect not disclosed at time of sale.
If your order is missing an item or you received incorrect components relative to your confirmed order specification, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days to appear. We will notify you by email when a refund has been issued.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Ontario and Canadian consumer protection legislation. If you have a concern about your rights as a consumer, you may contact the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services or the Competition Bureau of Canada.
