GamingComputer is a product-based retail business. We sell prebuilt gaming computers and offer custom PC configuration and assembly services. We do not offer software-as-a-service, subscriptions, or financial products. All pricing on our website is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and includes applicable taxes where indicated.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. For prebuilt systems, orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. For custom builds, a confirmed order requires a written specification agreement and deposit as communicated at time of inquiry.
Build times for custom configurations are provided as estimates and may vary depending on component availability. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Prebuilt systems purchased from GamingComputer carry a limited hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms are provided with each purchase. Individual components may carry manufacturer warranties separately from our system warranty.
Warranty coverage does not include: damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications; software issues unrelated to hardware defects; normal wear and components consumed during use (such as thermal paste).
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Consumer protection rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 apply to eligible purchases.
